This year we are running most venues as a Tier 3 Public Event under the government framework. This means over the day only a maximum of 1,000 people can go through the venue in a day (we have over 15,000 people usually, so only a maximum of one fifteenth of this amount will crossover in a day). This will mean most teams will play at only one venue each day. There will be some teams that do have minor movement between single court venues.
Additionally, we are clustering games AM and PM where possible. So for instance U12/14s may play in the first half of the day and 16s/18s will play second half of the day (as an example). This will futher prevent unnecessary crossover.
