U12G: 4:30-5:30pm – Rosebud
U14G: 5:30-6:30pm – Rosebud

U16B: 4:30-5:30pm – Dromana

*due to how short notice these sessions are, whilst they are encouraged, they are not compulsory as we understand it is a busy time.

 

Uniform Fit Out Times (more info below)

    • Optional Return to VJBL Practice
      Week commencing Monday, 11th of January 2021 – TBC by coaches with Director of Coaching (opportunity to practice in mornings)
    • 2021 First Return Practice – Sunday January 17th, 2021

Tournaments

Southern Peninsula Sharks has opted to not participate in the 2021 Eltham/Dandenong Australia Day Tournament.

We have made this decision to ensure the proper preparation for athletes return to sport for the 2021 VJBL Season. We were concerned about players returning from the extended 2020 break and Christmas holidays and potential of injuries and overwork early in the 2021 season.

We believe this will ensure the health and safety of all our athletes for the 2021 VJBL season and lower the risk of injuries early in the season.

Style of Play Session

Style of play session will be held on Saturday January 17th from 2-3pm

Attendance would be greatly appreciated by all VJBL Coaches, however the session will be filmed and distributed to all coaches the following week with notes.

Uniforms & Merchandise

Uniforms will be available for sizing on the following days and times:

    • Tuesday, 15th December 2020 – 4:00-6:30pm (Dromana Stadium)
    • Wednesday, 16th December 2020 – 4:00-6:30pm (Dromana Stadium)

It is vital that if you need new uniforms that we get these organised before Christmas break, this will ensure we have the appropriate amount of time to have them made before VJBL season begins.

Due to issues with PlayHQ, a separate sizing form will be sent out to those that pay for a uniform.

Registration & Fees

Registration fees for 2021 are as follows:

    • 1st Team Players – $600
    • 2nd & 3rd Team Players – $550

*+ PlayHQ processing

In order to confirm a player’s position within a Southern Peninsula Sharks team, registration and $100 payment must be made prior to Friday 18th December, 4pm.

When registering you will be prompted to select the team number and then pay the $100 deposit or the full registration fee (+ PlayHQ processing).
