2023 Annual General Meeting
Southern Peninsula Basketball Association (SPBA) would like to advise all members of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association on Wednesday 18th October, 2023.
This meeting is being convened in accordance with the SPBA Constitution. All members under the Constitution are invited to attend.

The Ordinary Business of the AGM shall be:
- to confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting and of any General Meeting held since that meeting; and
to receive from the Board reports upon the transactions of the Association during the last preceding financial year; and
to elect the Directors of the Association; and
to appoint an auditor for the forthcoming year; and
to transact any other business of which notice in writing shall have been given to the Secretary of the Association at least seven (7) days prior to the date of the meeting.
Any business members wish to be tabled at the Annual General Meeting must be received by October 10th, 2023 at 7:00pm to gm@sthpen.com.au. You will receive a reply to confirm your correspondence has been received.
Board Nominations
Southern Peninsula Basketball Association (SPBA) sought nominations from suitably experienced people for election to fill four Board Member positions for the Board of Management (BOM) at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on October 18th 2023.
